Job summary

GHD in Chile is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join the Global Payroll team. The role blends payroll operations, process improvement and project support, with backup coverage for Chile payroll while focusing on global payroll projects.

You will work with payroll teams and stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen controls, analyze data, support system automations and develop practical reporting and Excel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll implementation or payroll project management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide backup support and business continuity coverage for Chile payroll.
• Manage selected recurring Chile payroll activities.
• Support payroll projects across our global regions.
• Review processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Develop Excel-based tools, trackers, reconciliations and reports for regional teams.
• Analyze payroll data, investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Support system implementations, testing, upgrades and process changes.
• Prepare and maintain procedures, process maps and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
