Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Chile to process supplier invoices and employee expenses, ensure timely payments, and perform reconciliations. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other teams to resolve AP requests and maintain accurate records.

The role supports month-end activities, reviews invoices/POs, and handles intercompany processes as needed. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: technical degree or ongoing university studies in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, or related area.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.
• Basic to intermediate English language ability.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on pending items.

Responsibilities

• Process and review supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely registration.
• Support processing and follow-up of employee expense reports.
• Monitor payments and help ensure obligations are completed within payment terms.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review invoices and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Support reconciliation and recording of corporate credit card transactions.
• Maintain communication with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and status.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, People, Logistics, and other areas to resolve AP requests.
• Prepare reports related to invoices, payments, approvals, POs, and account status.
• Support intercompany invoice processes and other accounting activities as required.
• Contribute to month-end activities by keeping accurate financial records.
• Identify invoice or payment issues and follow up with stakeholders to resolve them.
