Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Procurement Buyer at our Santiago, Chile location on a hybrid schedule for a 6-month temporary assignment. You will drive the purchasing process from PR to PO, identify procurement needs, and ensure purchases are efficient and compliant.

You will manage supplier onboarding (Compass/Ariba), track orders, and resolve invoice issues in SAP. Fluency in English is required, and you will collaborate with the Buying Manager to strengthen cost-effectiveness and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Buyer or procurement.
Fluent written and listening in English.
Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
Experience in buying process in SAP ERP system.
Proficient in procurement software and tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

Drive purchasing process from PR to PO, identifying needs and ensuring compliant purchases.
Track order acceptance for all issued POs.
Handle invoice mismatches in SAP.
Set up and maintain suppliers; onboarding in Compass/Ariba.
Foster relationships with suppliers and resolve issues for a reliable supply chain.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
Contribute to quality control standards in purchasing processes.
Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Leverage procurement software and analytics to enhance processes and reporting.
