Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or similar roles.
• Experience with S&OP and IBP processes; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly demand planning and forecasting with business sign-off.
• Analyze historical sales, promotions, and inventory to identify risks and opportunities.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and KPI visibility.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Logistics, Finance, Marketing and others.
• Prepare reports on inventory, availability, back orders, risks and planning performance.
