Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Supply Planner Coordinator to lead demand planning and collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to meet service targets at minimum cost.

You will analyze forecasts, inventory, and production plans, implement S&OP/IBP processes, and drive KPI visibility across the planning cycle. Fluent English and strong Excel/SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Planning.
• Experience with S&OP or IBP processes.
• Strong analytical skills and forecasting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning and forecasting routines with alignment to the business.
• Analyze historical sales, depletion trends, seasonality, promotions, orders and inventory data.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and processes to strengthen accuracy.
• Maintain visibility of planning KPIs and support action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure forecast submissions align with planning cycles and business calendar.
• Support IBP, ITP and long‑term demand planning projects as a functional expert.
• Plan short- and long-term demand to support inventory, availability and supply.
• Monitor inventory and production plans, anticipate stock risks and actions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and stakeholders.
