A global food company is seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant in Vevey, Switzerland, to provide proactive support to the Global Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing communications. Proficiency in PowerBI, SAP, and MS Office is required, along with fluency in English and French.
