Zusammenfassung

NEURA Robotics in Zurich seeks a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of the office. You welcome visitors, handle front desk duties, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You coordinate goods receiving, office supplies, and team events, while supporting onboarding and maintaining a hospitable, well-organized workplace.

Fluent German and English, prior reception/hospitality experience, and a hands-on, service-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

Completed vocational training (KV, hospitality or similar) or comparable experience.
Experience in reception, office administration, hospitality or logistics.
Hands-on, service-oriented approach with strong organization and attention to detail.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
Friendly, proactive personality and a passion for making the workplace better.

Aufgaben

Welcome visitors, register them and act as first point of contact at the office.
Handle incoming calls, mail, inquiries, and keep reception tidy.
Receive deliveries, check against notes, report discrepancies, and manage storage.
Plan and organize apéros, team lunches, and internal events; assist onboarding.
