Job summary

Panerai in Zurich is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales performance and build lasting relationships across in-store, digital and remote interactions. You will showcase Panerai’s heritage and products while managing CRM data and contributing to boutique events.

You will collaborate with the Boutique team to meet targets, develop a high-potential client portfolio and present Panerai with elegance and authenticity to an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for genuine client relationships.
• Fluency in German and English with ability to engage an international clientele.
• Experience with CRM, clienteling and remote/digital client presentations.
• Strong ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and product storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while developing your sales pipeline.
• Identify and convert opportunities, collaborating with Boutique Director on high-potential clients.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and convey Panerai’s history and identity.
• Build a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling.
• Deliver a seamless 360° client experience across in-store, digital and remote interactions.
• Ensure accurate CRM data capture and handle client and after-sales requests.
• Represent Panerai with professionalism while contributing to boutique events.
• Collaborate with the Boutique team on stock management and daily operations.
