Job summary

Breitling Zurich boutique is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to work closely with the Boutique Manager on driving performance, growing the client base, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will lead the team, develop talent, and execute CRM-driven clienteling strategies to strengthen relationships and repeat business.

You will oversee daily operations, support events and partnerships, and ensure top-tier service while managing KPIs, budgets, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in boutique management within luxury retail.
• Proven experience in people management, coaching and developing a team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Collaborative team player who leads by example and inspires others.
• Established network within the luxury industry and clienteling focus.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, analysing business performance and budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a loyal client base using CRM tools to drive repeat business.
• Develop a strong client portfolio and identify new prospects to grow sales.
• Capitalize on brand equity through visual merchandising and in-boutique events.
• Plan and execute engaging boutique events to create memorable client experiences.
• Monitor client needs and market trends to drive improvements and opportunities.
• Provide impeccable after-sales service and ensure a seamless client journey.
• Foster a client-centric mindset and translate objectives into team targets.
• Report boutique performance and priorities to local headquarters.
• Coach and develop the team, manage budgets, and optimise commercial results.
• Maintain brand standards, product knowledge, and uniform guidelines.
