TAG Heuer in Zurich is seeking a Junior Client Advisor for a 6-month internship. Based in our Zurich boutique, you will drive sales through memorable client experiences, build lasting client relationships, and support operational excellence while embodying TAG Heuer’s brand DNA.

You will report to the Boutique Manager and work in a fast-paced luxury environment, using tools like Salesforce and CEGID to manage client data and aftersales processes. English and German fluency are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail environment is preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Interest in watches, trends, and sports.
• Eagerness to learn selling skills and KPIs.

• Contributes to boutique sales by delivering memorable client experiences and services in store.
• Supports colleagues and other team members in the boutique.
