Panerai Zurich boutique is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive commercial performance. You will represent the Panerai spirit with authenticity, confidence and passion.

This role requires luxury retail experience, strong product storytelling, and fluency in German and English to engage a discerning international clientele. You will build lasting relationships, manage client data in CRM, and support boutique operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Experience with clienteling, remote sales and digital client presentations.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in Zurich boutique.
• Identify and convert opportunities, collaborating with Boutique Director on high-potential clients.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and Panerai storytelling.
• Develop loyal client portfolio through personalised clienteling.
• Deliver seamless 360° client experience across in-store, digital, and remote interactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and handle client requests with care.
• Support daily operations, stock management, and boutique events.
