Ebury Zurich - Office based is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to support a portfolio of 200-300 corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance. You will be the customer-facing ambassador for our platform, ensuring high-quality service and timely problem resolution.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Swiss-German, has strong communication skills, and can manage high workload peaks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Passion for client servicing and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to promote offerings and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Comfort dealing with currency markets and FX concepts.
• Experience with MS Excel and data handling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve 200–300 corporate clients on trading platform and payments.
• Balance client needs with internal processes to resolve issues.
• Promote Ebury products and upsell where appropriate.
• Liaise with multiple departments to find solutions and improve service.
