Zusammenfassung

Ebury in Zurich is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to be the primary contact for corporate clients, delivering daily operational and trading support while representing our product and service at a customer-facing level.

You will manage a portfolio of 200-300 clients, work across internal teams to resolve issues, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high monthly workload peaks. Fluency in English and Swiss-German is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to service clients and exceed expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of FX and currency markets is helpful.
• Experience working in a busy, high-volume client-facing role.
