Bank J. Safra Sarasin seeks a Workplace Operations Engineer to join our Workplace Engineering Team in Basel.

You will provide Windows Endpoint infrastructure services and support projects with a strong commitment to continuous learning, taking on operational responsibilities in an international context. Responsibilities include 2nd and 3rd level support, coordinating tasks with 1st-level support, performing compliance reports, and deploying applications to endpoints.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (university/FH) in Information Technology or completed apprenticeship as Computer Scientist (EFZ)
• 2 years of practical experience in Workplace Engineering
• Successful track record in ITIL v3
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, CVAD, SCCM, GPOs, AD, and PowerShell is required
• Hands-on mentality and motivation to develop professionally
• Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus

• Support the on-call organization as a member

You actively support our projects with a strong commitment to continuous learning and are prepared to assume operational responsibilities within an international context.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• University degree (university / FH) in Information Technology or completed apprenticeship as Computer Scientist (EFZ), applications from recent college graduates and apprenticeship program graduates are welcome
• 2 years of practical experience in the field of Workplace Engineering
• Successful track record in ITIL methodology v3
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, CVAD, SCCM, GPOs, AD, and PowerShell is required
• Hands-on mentality and motivation to develop professionally
• Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
