Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG is seeking an Workplace Operations Engineer to join the Workplace Engineering Team. You will provide Windows Endpoint related infrastructure services and support international projects with a commitment to continuous learning and operational responsibility.

The role emphasizes 2nd/3rd level support, coordination with 1st-level staff, and setup of endpoint applications, with on-call duties and a focus on security and compliance within a private bank environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (university / FH) in Information Technology or completed apprenticeship as Computer Scientist (EFZ).
• 2 years of practical experience in Workplace Engineering.
• ITIL v3 knowledge.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, CVAD, SCCM, GPOs, AD, and PowerShell is required.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of services (dispatching, fixing and monitoring).
• Coordinate tasks between Workplace engineering and 1st-level support to increase first level resolution.
• Perform compliance reports (policies, monitoring, patching, endpoint protection).
• Setup and distribute applications on endpoints.
• Support the on-call organization as a member.
