Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking a Business Manager Front to provide day-to-day support for Private Banking, Institutional Banking and External Asset Management in Switzerland and abroad.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert for front-related tools and processes, partnering with functions across the Bank to enable efficient operations and compliant workflows.

Qualifikationen

Your Role

As Business Manager Front at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for the day-to-day support to the Bank's front units, including Private Banking, Institutional Banking and External Asset Management in Switzerland and our international locations. You provide expert knowledge on different tools, systems and processes and work closely with various functions and specialists across the Bank.

Your Role

As Business Manager Front at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for the day-to-day support to the Bank's front units, including Private Banking, Institutional Banking and External Asset Management in Switzerland and our international locations. You provide expert knowledge on different tools, systems and processes and work closely with various functions and specialists across the Bank.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide fast and reliable day-to-day support to front employees regarding systems and processes, acting as a subject-matter expert and first point of contact for front-related questions
• Provide expert support for key banking systems, including the Bank’s client onboarding and core bank systems, and assist front employees in their effective use
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency across the front units, including the optimization of processes, tools and ways of working, and contribute to relevant change initiatives
• Support dedicated systems and process frameworks, such as those of Financial Intermediaries and Business Introducers, including interfaces for data and document transfer as well as payment-related processes
• Manage and coordinate mass-mailings driven by regulatory and business requirements, working closely with business partners and end clients across the Group where required

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or completed banking apprenticeship or similar (KV)
• Basic knowledge of financial services is required; previous experience in a support role is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, set priorities and develop pragmatic solutions while working effectively with various stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with ability to work independently and a strong service oriented
• Strong affinity for IT and excellent Microsoft Office skills are required; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
• Fluency in English and German is required; French, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian is an advantage
