Job summary

Genmab is seeking a senior leader to shape Europe and Emerging Markets strategy, drive regional marketing excellence, and coordinate launch and lifecycle priorities across countries. The role reports to the Senior VP, Europe & Emerging Markets and partners with Global Marketing and country leadership to ensure oncology assets achieve long-term patient impact.

You will translate global priorities into regional plans, align stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in pharma/biotech.
• Significant regional or global commercial leadership experience in Europe/EM markets.
• Ability to translate global strategies into regional plans and ensure market realities are reflected in global decisions.
• Experience working with Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and country leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Strong influencing skills and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate global portfolio, brand, and corporate priorities into clear regional strategic plans across Europe.
• Partner with senior leaders to define regional priorities, trade-offs and investments.
• Collaborate in integrated business planning across markets with milestones and risks for launch readiness and lifecycle growth.
• Provide regional marketing leadership for oncology portfolio and ensure consistent strategic direction across countries.
• Coordinate regional marketing activities, enable country teams with strategic guidance and materials.
• Partner with Global Marketing to reflect regional needs in brand strategy and evidence priorities.
• Support launch excellence and align omnichannel plans with country readiness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, medical, and local market requirements.
• Act as regional interface with Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and operations.
