Job summary

GSK seeks a senior leader to drive global cancer vaccine development from early to approval and launch across major markets. You will chair the MDT, coordinate cross-functional teams in clinical development, immunology, manufacturing and regulatory, and align the asset with GSK's oncology strategy.

Hybrid role with on-site presence required at U.S., UK, or Swiss sites; competitive compensation with annual bonus and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree including MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA, MS.
• Experience leading development and registration of medicines, cancer vaccines or immuno-oncology products.
• Filing experience with regulatory submissions (BLA/NDA/MAA) and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the asset's single point of accountability for global development across indications and markets.
• Lead the Medicine Development Team (MDT) and coordinate cross-functional partners.
• Drive the development strategy aligned with oncology strategy and asset plans.
• Manage asset budgeting, resourcing and lifecycle plans with oversight from senior governance.
