Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, O365, Wrike, etc.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Communication team.
• Plan resources and capacity for the team.
• Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams (Marketing).
• Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, and assets.
