Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on apparel graphics.
• Excellent technical skills: print techniques, material graphics, storytelling, branding.
• Broad market awareness and sense for contemporary design and culture shifts.
• Structured, hands-on work style with openness to visionary solutions.
• Expert skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office.
• International experience is required.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Aufgaben

• Create and lead a strong contemporary graphic narrative for apparel collections.
• Lead graphic presentations with internal and external partners.
• Research imagery and references for vision, materialisation, colour and detailing.
• Sketch concepts and visualize ideas, including 3D mockups.
• Produce graphic tech packs and detailed artworks for development.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, innovation and Asia partners.
• Source innovative materials and trims to elevate graphics.
• Champion and optimize design processes and team productivity.
• Travel to meet partners and vendors globally.
