Scott Sports is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer with leadership experience to head the Visual Communication team. The role covers both print and digital design, ensuring brand consistency across all assets and channels, and acting as the main contact with cross-functional teams such as Marketing.

You will mentor a diverse group of designers, plan resources, manage timelines, and drive collaboration and continuous improvement. Fluency in English is required; French or German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, O365, and Wrike.
• Understanding of AI in content and design systems is a plus.
• English fluency; French or German a plus.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Communication team across print and digital.
• Plan resources, prioritization, timelines, and workload allocation.
• Coordinate projects between the team and cross-functional partners (Marketing).
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1-1s with team members.
• Ensure brand integrity across channels and deadlines.
