Scott Sports SA is seeking a Marketing Trainee to assist the Event, Retail & Merchandising Team in Switzerland. You will apply strong organisational skills and a creative mindset to support multiple projects across events, retail marketing, and merchandising.

You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency, assist in creating retail layouts, 3D renderings, and promotional packages for in-store sales while coordinating stock and supplier relations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with visual merchandising and event setup.
• Strong organizational and creative skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and MS Office.
• French/English language skills; German is a plus.

Mission

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Marketing Trainee to support our Event, Retail & Merchandising Team. In this dynamic role, you will support the team with your strong organisational skills, a creative mindset and ability to help on multiple projects across events, retail marketing, and merchandising. With a passion for sports, you will collaborate closely with our marketing teams, graphic designers and Scott’s local teams to ensure consistency across the brand’s corporate identity. You’ll be part of a young, creative, and multilingual environment that embodies the lifestyle and spirit of our brand.

Your Key Responsibility

• Support with the conception, coordination and execution of both internal and external events
• Support our subsidiaries at both POS / Retail and local events such as trade shows and festivals
• Create visually engaging retail layouts and mock-ups that effectively communicate brand ideas, combining strong design, composition, and product presentation to deliver impactful concepts and a clear vision for final execution
• Design 3D renderings for events, retail marketing & merchandising projects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages that drive sales for in-store presence
• Manage the development and stock level of merchandising products with various suppliers
• Support the manager with administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Passion for creating event and retail concepts
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, event management and display development
• Strong conceptual, organizational, and creative skills
• Knowledge of modern design and communication tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator), and MS Office
• Knowledge Sketchup is a plus
• Being a team player and openly communicate in a small team
• Willingness to perform physical and intense work before, during, and after events
• Fluency in English & French, German is a plus
