A global, high-performing design team reports to you and partners across product, retail, digital and marketing to maintain coherence. You will drive clarity, governance, and long-term brand integrity, coaching teams to deliver consistently exceptional visual work

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in brand design, graphic design or creative direction.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record coaching high-performing design teams.
• Experience leading brand design systems in global brands or agencies.
• Strong portfolio showing system-led thinking and governance.
• Clear communicator with ability to articulate design decisions.

• Own and evolve core visual design systems for On.
• Set direction and translate ambition into scalable design systems.
• Design, maintain guidelines and toolkits for consistent execution.
• Coach and empower a high-performing design team.
