On is seeking a versatile Apparel Graphic Design Lead to shape the graphic vision for high-performance and lifestyle apparel. The role combines mood research, storytelling, and hands-on design across prints, graphics, and tech packs for the development team.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in apparel graphic design, strong print technique knowledge, and fluency in English. International travel to partners is expected.

Your Mission:

• Create and lead a strong contemporary graphic story telling, coupled with mood, research, and design through all aspects of print/graphic for apparel along with your Apparel Design Lead.
• Lead graphic presentations with internal and external partners.
• Research of imagery and references in regards to vision, materialisation, colour compositions, detailing, brand direction and all other aspects of graphics for your collections.
• Sketch to visualise quick ideas of graphic direction, including 3D mock ups.
• Create graphic tech packs and detailed artworks for your Development team player.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, development, innovation and our partners in Asia
• Research and help sourcing innovative, upscale materials and trims to elevate your graphics.
• Champion processes, constantly improving, tweaking and building upon the current process.
• Set and reach goals to increase both individual and team productivity.
• Travel to visit partners and vendors around the world

Your Story:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in graphic design.
• Minimum of 9 years experience in graphic design with a focus on apparel graphic design. Performance sportswear a plus
• Excellent level of technical skills is a must, such as print techniques, material graphic design, story telling, branding.
• Broad market overview and a good sense for the contemporary design world, and culture shifts.
• Structured and hands-on working attitude with a flexible and open mind for visionary solutions
• Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Office.
• International experience is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English spoken and written
