Job summary

Madiff is seeking a strategic CPO / Deputy IT Director to shape the future of its products and technology landscape in a fast-growing FinTech & Payments environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or Technology leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products at scale.
• Fluent English; German or French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's product and technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with CIO and ELT on strategic technology initiatives and organisational growth.
• Lead multidisciplinary Product, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, and Technology teams.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from market strategy and discovery through delivery and optimisation.
• Drive innovation across Payments, Digital Banking, Embedded Finance, Open Banking, and Financial Services platforms.
• Ensure successful execution of complex technology and product transformation programmes.
• Build, mentor, and develop leadership teams fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Work with Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Risk and Technology to deliver business value.
• Support scaling of engineering capabilities, delivery organisations, and technology operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning, governance, budgeting, and organisational development.
