• Proven leadership in a financial services or banking context.
• Experience shaping product strategy across risk, finance and compliance.
• Track record in transformation projects and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Product Management for Risk, Finance & Compliance.
• Define strategic vision, portfolio and roadmap for key areas.
• Lead and develop the Product Management team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT, Senior Management and business owners to deliver value.
