Job summary

Cembra Money Bank AG in Zürich seeks a visionary senior leader to head Origination, building a high-performing team focused on learning, accountability, and customer-centric excellence. The role oversees a broad, regulated operations function and requires strong collaboration with Product, Technology and Risk to deliver seamless customer journeys.

You will own the end-to-end Origination value chain, drive KPI-led performance, and steer digital transformation including automation and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Experience leading large operational departments in banking or regulated sectors.
Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable capabilities.
Experience with digital transformation and large-scale change.
English fluency; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Origination organization to high performance and a culture of learning, accountability, engagement, and innovation.
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Origination value chain for efficiency, scalability and customer-centric operations.
Drive business performance via KPIs, service levels, conversion metrics, productivity indicators and data-driven decisions.
Shape the future Origination operating model through digitalization, automation, AI-enabled processes and strategic transformation.
Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Commercial and other stakeholders to design seamless customer journeys and growth initiatives.
Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, governance and operational resilience across Origination activities.
