Zusammenfassung

Futurae Technologies AG in Zurich seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow our alliance ecosystem across Financial Services technology. You will own a defined portfolio and directly drive revenue through structured execution, market development, and strategic relationship management.

This hybrid role requires sharp commercial acumen, fluent English, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solution Engineers to align partner initiatives with our go-to-market

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of partnership management or business development in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to build, scale and manage strategic partnerships.
• Strong domain interest in IAM, Cybersecurity, or FinTech.
• Sharp strategic thinking with analytical and modeling skills.
• Excellent track record in executive relationships and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English with strong presentation skills; German/French/Italian a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience.

Aufgaben

• Actively identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with go-to-market and sales strategy.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners.
• Own partner onboarding, enablement, and knowledge transfer.
• Design and execute scalable partner programs (training, marketing, etc.).
• Track and report partner performance using KPIs (pipeline, revenue, engagement).
• Act as primary contact for assigned partners for alignment and issue resolution.
• Foster collaboration between partners and internal teams (Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, Marketing).
