Senior Product Manager - Fintech & DeFi Apps

Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a Product Manager - Financial Apps to drive end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical B2B2C/2B apps on the Canton Network. You will translate institutional pain points into scalable solutions that increase network volume and commercial success.

You will engage with major financial institutions and ecosystem partners to shape product strategy, backlogs, and pricing models while collaborating with product development teams to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience, including releases in Fintech or Web3.
• Experience building (d)Apps in the DeFi ecosystem and managing applications in the payment/TradFi space.
• Solid understanding of Distributed Ledger technology and layer 1/2 ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Supports the product strategy by validating and delivering app features aligned with unit goals.
• Captures and documents market/user insights to guide product development.
• Contributes to backlog and roadmap decisions with leadership to drive institutional adoption.
• Coordinates feature releases with engineering from scoping to post-release operations.
• Maintains and enhances KVIs reporting for data-informed decisions.
• Creates and maintains internal and external product documentation for sales, marketing and support.
