CDFAM - Computational Design Symposium is seeking a senior VP of Engineering to lead and scale a high-performing software organization. You will translate product and technology roadmaps into reliable delivery, champion quality, and grow managers and engineers.

You'll shape lightweight processes, embrace AI-enabled design, and partner with leadership and customers to ensure secure deployments and long-term health of the platform.

Formación

• Proven experience leading software engineering organizations at scale.
• Experience scaling teams, at least x2 and 50+ engineers.
• Experience managing managers and tech leads.
• Track record delivering in fast-growing, low-process environments.
