Qualifikationen

• Windows support experience (5-10 years)
• Clear communication skills in English
• Swiss citizens / EU members only

• Prioritizing & resolving IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
• Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
• Working on projects related to improving the service offered and efficiency of applications
• Documenting processes and maintaining helpdesk records
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure high level corporate support
