Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking a Deskside Support Specialist in Switzerland to deliver Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will install and maintain desktops, troubleshoot Windows/macOS, manage AD/Azure AD, and support printers, VPNs, and endpoint devices.

Cette position exige fluency in French and English with a valid Swiss work permit, on-site in Genf. The role focuses on delivering prompt customer service while meeting SLA targets.

• Manage user accounts and access in AD and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Configure and support printers, scanners, VPNs, and other endpoint devices.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Deploy and image computers using standard deployment tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA and response time targets.
