Job summary

UEFA is seeking a Venue Logistics Assistant in Nyon (hybrid, with up to one day per week from home) to support the UEFA EURO 2028 venue logistics team. The role covers office setup, fencing coordination, staff facilities, and supplier management for multiple finals and the IBC, with a focus on delivering high-quality services within set budgets.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ event coordination experience, strong project management skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ pro experience in event coordination or related fields
• Fluent in English
• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Acting as venue logistics manager on-site for assigned UEFA finals, overseeing planning, implementation, operation and dismantling of venue logistics services
• Leading planning and coordination of venue logistics services for assigned UEFA finals with teams, venues, suppliers and stakeholders
• Developing and managing venue logistics concepts and operational plans (offices, workspaces, furniture, fencing, storage, staff facilities)
• Coordinating suppliers, stadium representatives and volunteers to deliver services per requirements, timelines and budgets
• Managing budgets, procurement and reporting, contributing to project reviews and debriefs
• Supporting planning and implementation of venue logistics services across nine venues and the IBC for UEFA Men’s EURO 2028
• Coordinating onboarding, training and staffing for venue logistics team
• Assisting in the development and delivery of training materials and operational guidance
• Supporting back-of-house furniture planning, office setup, vehicle coordination and accreditation requirements
• Contributing to catering, transport and parking operations and project reporting
