Job summary

Wellnesshotel Schweizerhof in Saas-Fee invites applications for a Front Office Agent. Join a first-class hotel with spa, dining and mountain views, and a young, open team.

You will handle check-in/out, guest support, and coordination with housekeeping, service and spa; manage reservations across channels; and perform daily closings. German and English language skills required.

This is a full-time role for 01.06.2026 – 30.04.2027, with employee discounts and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar upscale hospitality role is beneficial.
• Fluent German and good English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check-in & check-out – ensure a smooth welcome and departure for guests.
• Personal care and advice – be the guest contact throughout their stay.
• Independent shift management – take responsibility and make decisions independently.
• Cross-departmental coordination & communication – work with housekeeping, service and spa.
• Processing reservations via all common channels.
• Daily closings & checking the accounts of all departments.
