IKEA in Grancia, Switzerland seeks a seasoned Facility Management leader to oversee the unit's FM activities, safety, compliance and continuous improvement. You will lead a regional FM team and coordinate with stores and external partners to meet business needs.

The role requires a technical background, 5+ years in FM, and strong communication in Italian and English. You will drive budgeting, supplier contracts and sustainable property performance.

Qualificações

• Technical background in mechanics, electricity, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility management.
• Experience coordinating with external service providers in high-volume retail.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and people development skills.
• Strong planning and cost management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of FM processes such as work orders, maintenance, contracts and supplier management.
• Strong communication skills; able to influence decisions between stores, national org and suppliers.
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure each property is managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement.
• Implement FM innovations and digital/technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead and manage the execution of Ingka Facility Management within the unit.
• Optimize property efficiency in a sustainable way.
• Ensure staff and partners understand FM frameworks, guidelines and initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, execution and reporting within FM scope.
• Evaluate and manage supplier contracts at unit level to improve cost, quality and equipment.
• Coordinate external suppliers at unit level and align with governance.
• Build and develop the FM team and ensure succession planning.
