Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on site and mentor the JLL team for service excellence.
• Oversee building systems, PPM schedules, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, and vendors to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor spend, invoices, budgets, and service charges in line with policy.
• Drive savings to support the account savings glidepath.
