Job summary

Julius Baer invites graduates to join an 18-month Transformation Officer Graduate Programme in Zurich. You will experience three rotations, including an international assignment, and gain hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives within the Digital Business Transformation team.

You’ll work on governance, reporting, and portfolio execution while developing skills in strategy, communication, and programme management for a global wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field with above-average grades.
• Master’s degree is an advantage (graduation max. 12 months ago).
• Initial exposure to banking, wealth management, consulting, or transformation initiatives through internships, work experience, or academic projects.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Change the Bank portfolio steering and prioritisation, including analysis of strategic initiatives and management reporting.
• Drive and coordinate communications for key strategic initiatives and prepare executive materials.
• Contribute to the Global Target Operating Model development and future state capability alignment.
• Create high-quality presentations, structured analyses, and executive communications for senior stakeholders.
