Job summary

Julius Baer invites graduates to join an 18‑month Graduate Programme starting April 2027. You will rotate through three dynamic assignments, including an international placement, gaining hands-on experience in wealth management and transformation delivery.

As part of the COO division, you will develop project management skills, engage stakeholders, and contribute to the future operating model while building a global professional network and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with above-average grades in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Management.
• Recent graduate or within 12 months of graduation.
• Initial practical experience in Business and IT transformation and programme delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Support delivery of key transformation initiatives across the COO division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive programme implementation.
• Analyse data, identify insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
