Job summary

UBS is seeking ambitious graduates to join its 18-month Corporate & Real Estate Romandie Graduate Talent Program in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Location will be decided with you among Lausanne, Nyon, Fribourg or Neuchâtel.

You’ll support relationship managers, help prepare for client visits, and learn the industry, culture and strategy while rotating through teams to build a broad foundation in corporate and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• Fully completed degree and graduation requirements by program start date
• GPA of 4.5 or higher (Swiss grading)
• Fluent in French and English (German a plus)

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in day-to-day work
• Prepare for client visits or events and execute transactions
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• Build understanding of UBS industry, culture and strategy
