Qualifications

• Recent graduate (completed within 24 months).
• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• GPA 4.5 Swiss scale or higher.
• Excellent English; German a plus.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives across UBS P&C and GWM by analyzing challenges and identifying improvements.
• Transform data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
• Prepare actionable recommendations and drive stakeholder engagement.
