Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate within last 24 months in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Degree completed with graduation requirements met by program start date
• No more than two years of full-time work experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a MINT topic
• Values aligned with UBS: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work in a high-demand, deadline-driven business
• Evidence of how AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• Competitive Swiss GPA of 4.5
• Solid foundations in databases and ability to write queries and understand SDLC

• Contribute to the global rollout and ongoing maintenance of our Transaction Monitoring solution
• Shape and clarify business requirements for engineering teams
• Apply analytical thinking to support high-quality delivery and post go-live activities
