UBS in Switzerland is offering a Graduate Talent Program in Romandie for recent graduates seeking a career in finance. You will join a cross-functional team supporting relationship managers, preparing client visits, and gaining hands-on experience through rotations in corporate and real estate clients.

The 18-month program provides structured training, exposure to corporate and institutional clients, and opportunities to build a professional network while learning how AI can improve efficiency

Qualifications

• recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• degree fully completed by program start date
• no more than two years of full-time work experience
• competitive Swiss GPA of 4.5
• fluent in French and English (German a plus)

• strong communication skills and strategic thinking
• driven to work in a high-demand, deadline-driven business
• ability to evidence how AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in day-to-day work, including client visits/events and transaction execution
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• Build understanding of UBS industry, culture, and strategy
