Job summary

UBS is inviting ambitious graduates to join its 2027 Group Internal Consulting Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. The 18‑month program starts 1 February 2027 and offers rotations, training, and exposure to senior leaders.

You will tackle strategic challenges across Asset Management and Investment Bank, turning ideas into tangible business outcomes while building a broad internal consulting network within UBS.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (within 24 months) with a completed degree by start date.
• Degree in business/economics/finance preferred, other analytical backgrounds welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent German and English, plus ability to work under deadlines.
• Comfort with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives across UBS AM and IB by analyzing challenges and identifying improvements.
• Apply structured problem-solving to develop actionable recommendations for business projects.
• Transform complex data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and stakeholder engagement.
