Zusammenfassung

Alstom in Zurich is seeking a VIE – Junior Project Engineering Manager / Junior Product Manager Traction (f/m/d) to drive international traction projects alongside engineering, QA, procurement and customers.

Reporting to Manuel SAUTER - Traction PrEM Manager - CH, you will manage costing, schedules and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams across Switzerland, India, France and Germany. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge traction projects within a multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate or SharePoint.
• Passion for project management.
• Ability to coordinate multi-site teams across Switzerland, India, France and Germany.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Engineering Manager in monitoring progress and status of engineering.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple countries to update the project dashboard with milestones, risks and critical points.
• Follow up with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
• Assist in managing a checklist to assess project design maturity and track tasks for continuous improvement.
• Support knowledge sharing among stakeholders to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Contribute to project reporting and documentation to aid decisions and transparency.
• Implement and standardize new project reporting.
