Zusammenfassung

Alstom Switzerland AG is seeking a Junior Traction Project Manager in Zürich to deliver international traction projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and report to the Site Project Director RSC in Zürich.

You will monitor progress, manage dashboards, and push projects forward with momentum. The role involves collaboration with Project Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations and Finance, and requires strong communication and organizational

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint and SharePoint lists.
• Strong project management mindset and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress of key components (transformers, converters, pantographs, batteries, battery chargers, high-voltage equipment).
• Collaborate with teams across Switzerland, Morocco, India, France and Germany to keep the project dashboard up to date and visible milestones clear.
• Follow up with team members to ensure dashboard data is accurate and current.
• Assist in managing a checklist to track design maturity and deliverables for continuous improvement.
• Support communication and knowledge sharing among stakeholders to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Contribute to project reporting and documentation to aid decision-making and transparency.
• Implement and automate new standard project reporting as PMO.
• Synchronise and standardize reporting with sites in France.
