Zusammenfassung

Alstom Switzerland AG in Zürich is seeking a Junior Traction Project Manager (f/m/d) to support PMO activities and deliver international traction projects. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Finance teams across several countries, driving dashboards, milestones, and risk visibility.

The role focuses on contributing to project performance, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and SharePoint list.
• Experience in project management and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate and ensure collaboration across multi-site teams.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress and status of key components.
• Collaborate with teams across Switzerland, France, Germany and other countries to ensure timely dashboard updates.
• Maintain dashboard data accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Support KPI tracking and project reporting to enable decision making.
• Contribute to standardized project reporting and cross-site alignment.
