Alstom Switzerland AG is seeking a Junior Traction Project Manager in Zürich, CH to deliver international traction projects under the guidance of the Site Project Director. You will monitor progress, manage components, and collaborate with teams across Switzerland, Morocco, India, France and Germany.

You’ll support reporting, automate standard project dashboards, ensure risk visibility, and help synchronize reporting with French sites while developing your project management skills in a

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and SharePoint lists.
• Passion for project management.
• Ability to coordinate multi-site/multi-métier teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and resourceful.

Aufgaben

• Deliver international traction projects and report to Site Project Director.
• Monitor progress of key components and assist in dashboard updates.
• Collaborate with teams across Switzerland, Morocco, India, France and Germany.
• Maintain project dashboard with milestones, risks and critical points.
• Support checklist to assess design maturity and task tracking.
• Contribute to project reporting and documentation.
• Implement and automate new standard project reporting as PMO.
