Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in traction systems preferred.
• 3–5 years in traction systems domain.
• 3+ years in team or project management preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
• Experience prioritizing and resolving conflicts.

• Fluent in German and English (reading, writing, technical discussions).

Aufgaben

• Manage and onboard eight traction system engineers in requirements, performance, energy efficiency and compatibility.
• Plan and assign resources for execution and development projects.
• Lead the People Management Cycle (PMC) with development planning, objectives and performance reviews.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical and process expertise to support project execution.
• Develop team members’ technical and leadership skills.
• Ensure application and improvement of standard processes, methodologies, and tools.
