Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking motivated students or recent graduates for an Internship in Tourism & Operations at our Regensdorf depot. You will welcome guests, set them up for road trips, and ensure every journey starts and ends smoothly.

This hands-on role combines customer service with operations support in a fast-paced environment. You should be fluent in English, have a relevant field of study, and enjoy meeting diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English; work permit and driver’s license if applicable.
• Enjoys international environments and meeting new cultures.
• Strong customer service orientation and people skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Front-office: greet guests, check-ins/outs, register guests, handle payments, explain camper options and conditions, upsell extras.
• Back-office: align reservations with available campers, prepare cabins and trip extras, coordinate fleet, assist with stock tracking.
• Quality control: keep campers in good condition; identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.
• Support: help team monitor stock and troubleshoot operational issues.
