Job summary

Jet Aviation Basel is offering a six-month internship in Customer Service, designed for students seeking hands-on experience in an aerospace environment. You will join our Basel team, support daily operations, and contribute to projects shaping the customer journey.

As an intern, you will provide reception services at our new Basel headquarters, help improve internal processes, coordinate daily needs from subtenants, and assist Customer Service Management with ongoing tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g. Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field).
• Experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles in a leading hospitality environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interest in developing and improving processes and procedures.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception services at our newly established headquarters in Basel, ensuring a professional and welcoming customer experience.
• Support the setup and continuous improvement of internal processes and operational procedures in alignment with management.
• Coordinate daily operational needs from subtenants and ensure efficient facility support.
• Assist Customer Service Management in various operational tasks and ongoing projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and workplace experience.

Position Summary

Are you passionate about aviation and delivering excellent customer service? Join our Basel Customer Service team at Jet Aviation as an intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic aerospace environment. As part of Jet Aviation, you will work alongside experienced professionals, support daily operations, and contribute to projects that shape the customer journey. Preferred start date: January, or at the latest March 2027 for a duration of 6 months in Basel.
